At Luxberries & Floral, all arrangements are made fresh and customized with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order or it does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each situation individually. When appropriate, store credit may be issued.

Store credit can be used toward a future purchase and will be provided at our discretion.
