Terms of Service – Luxberries & Floral
By placing an order with Luxberries & Floral, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Custom & Perishable Products
All floral arrangements and products are custom-made and perishable. Variations in flower types, colors, and design may occur based on seasonal availability.
3. No Returns / Store Credit
We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Approved concerns may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Luxberries & Floral is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients. Once an order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Care & Handling
We are not responsible for damages or deterioration once the product has been delivered or picked up. Proper care is required to maintain freshness.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or are in production.
7. Liability
Luxberries & Floral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
8. Agreement
By purchasing from Luxberries & Floral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
